ALL GONE 2018 | Now Available

What started as a passion project for writer, journalist and brand owner Michael Dupouy, quickly turned into a full blown movement.

The first entry into the ALL GONE series was created in 2006 to document, discuss and dissect all the big moments, products and brands that contributed to street-culture the previous year. Fast forward to 2019 and the series is still going strong, amassing a cult following in the process.

With the street-wear and sneaker subcultures now being mainstream global movements, projects such as ALL GONE are essential to the newer audience, as they highlight the story behind the product. Something which can be overlooked relatively easily in some cases…

In the past we’ve partnered with Michael to host book signings at our Berwick Street location, and this year we have been lucky enough to make this happen again.

Hosted by Footpatrol and sponsored by PUMA the ALL GONE 2018 book signing will be taking place at Footpatrol London on Tuesday 5th February between 6PM – 8PM. Customers will be able to purchase the book direct from the store (priced at £60) and have it signed there and then by Michael.

Nike Air Max 720 | Now Available

30.01.19 General

What began as a single visible air bag in the heel of the Air Max 1 has transformed into global movement. When Tinker Hatfield first made the design decision to show the Air Max technology rather than keep it hidden, he couldn’t have possibly predicated the impact it would have on popular culture.

The introduction of the Nike Air Max not only revolutionized the sports world but the fashion world as well. Fast forward 32 years and the technology has been fully realised in the Air Max 720. The single air bag has been replaced in favour of the largest air unit in history, which runs round the length of the shoe, providing unparalleled comfort and support.

Releasing in a men’s and women’s colour-way – aptly titled ‘Northern Lights Night’ and ‘Northern Lights Day’ –  the 720 draws inspiration from the extraordinary, with a design philosophy firmly planted in the future.

To put this design appeal to the test we gave London and Paris based Air Max enthusiasts, Stevey Ryder and Selma Sebbagh, a first-hand look to get their initial reactions. Check it out below…

The Nike Air Max 720 ‘Northern Lights Night’ and ‘Northern Lights Day’ will be releasing in-store and online Friday 1st February. The former will run from a UK6 – UK12 (including half sizes), with the latter from a UK3 – UK8 (again including half sizes). Both pairs priced at £155.

Converse x CLOT ‘Ice Cold’ | Now Available

29.01.19 General

A Converse Chuck Taylor may not be your go-to shoe on those cold winter mornings, after all canvas isn’t usually much good against the harsher elements. But Converse and Hong Kong based lifestyle/ streetwear brand CLOT are looking to change this perception with their ‘Ice Cold’ collection.

The CLOT team went to extremes to make this happen, going so far as going on an arctic expedition in order to best understand how to beat the cold. With the result being something that will do just that.

Heavily inspired by the look of the polar bears the CLOT team saw on their trip, the Ice Cold collection utilises sherpa and fleece in a big way.

The Converse x CLOT Chuck Taylor features a patchwork of different tones of sherpa, as well as fleece lining inside the shoe and reinforced rubber outsole. The collection also features a cozy iteration of the Converse Jack Purcell, which is comprised of a tonal suede upper, inner fleece lining and reinforced rubber sole.

The Converse x CLOT Ice Cold collection will be available in-store and online Friday 1st February. Sizes range from UK7 – UK12, priced between £90 – £100.
