The FP DAIHYO contest is our way of celebrating the creatives in our community, and as it begins to draw to a close, we feel it’s done just that. People from all over the world have taken to the streets with their camera in hand and favourite ASICS on foot, to be in with a chance of winning.
If you have yet to enter or you’ve just be waiting for the exact right lighting, you still have up until Friday 31st May. To enter, simply take a photo of your favourite ASICS, in-line, collaboration or deadstock, it doesn’t matter. Just make sure you’re showing off your best photography skills.
Upload the photo to Instagram with the hashtag #FPDAIHYO, tag @footpatrol_ldn, @footpatrol_paris, @asicstiger and @asicseurope. The winner will be chosen by our team of judges on 31.05.19. Our judges include Footpatrol photographer and ASICS connoisseur Tom Silvester, London based photographer and sneakerhead J_Rago, ASICS designer Thor and French photographer Bisso, who we recently went to visit in his home of Toulouse.
Known as ‘The Pink City’ due to the amount of redbrick used it’s construction, Toulouse was full of perfect photography spots, that Bisso took full advantage of. Check out our visit below!
Le concours FP DAIHYO est notre façon de célébrer les créatifs de notre communauté, et comme il commence à tirer à sa fin, on a le sentiment que c’est exactement ce qu’il s’est passé. Des personnes du monde entier sont descendues dans la rue, avec leur appareil photo en main et leur paire d’ASICS préférée aux pieds pour tenter de l’emporter.
Si vous n’avez pas encore participé ou si vous attendiez la lumière parfaite, vous avez jusqu’au vendredi 31 mai pour participer. Pour cela, il vous suffit de prendre une photo de votre paire d’ASICS préférée, GR, collaboration ou deadstock, peu importe. Assurez-vous juste de bien mettre en avant vos talents de photographe.

Le vainqueur sera choisi le 31 mai 2019 par notre équipe de juges composée du photographe de Footpatrol et grand amateur d’ASICS Tom Silvester, le photographe et sneakerhead londonien J_Rago, le designer de chez ASICS Thor et le photographe français Bisso, que nous sommes allés voir chez lui a Toulouse dernièrement.
