adidas drop the latest colourway in the Ultra Boost silhouette for S/S ’15.
The Ultra Boost is comprised of a engineered mesh upper known as Prime Knit allowing the foot flex freely whilst in motion. With its’ bootee construction adding additional comfort, the plastic 3-Stripe cages featured on the medial and lateral panels provide stability. The central section of the external heel clip has been cut out to allow the achilles to move correctly. adidas have increased the percentage of Boost to the silhouette which now sits at the forefront of the shoe where the EVA sole was on older generations of the Boost line. An energy harnessing Stretch Web outsole has been added – this adapts and stretches to the movement of your foot.
The adidas Ultra Boost Solar Red is available now in-store & online. Sizes range from UK6 – UK11 (not including half sizes) priced at £130.

Reebok continue to celebrate the 25th anniversary of their Ventilator silhouette, this month sees the collaboration between Scotland based retailer Hanon putting their spin on the 90’s runner.
On this latest project, Hanon draw inspiration from the famous story of Robert the Bruce and The Spider. Robert The Bruce – King of Scots encountered the spider whilst seeking refuge in a cave during the Wars of Independance. Whilst in the cave he noticed a spider attempting to build a web, time and time again the spider would fail but kept trying. Inspired by the spider’s determination to succeed, the King of Scots went on to triumph in an epic battle at Bannockburn 1314.
Moss Green is the predominant colour on the pig-skin suede upper with Purple accents which depicts the hills and stone of Scotland. The black inner lining refers back to the cave Robert the Bruce found refuge in, fetauring an illustration of a spiders web. Further detaiuls on the shoe can be seen on the heel, featuring Hanon’s Flame logo on the right foot, and a spider on the left.
