Ever since its return, the New Balance 2002R has become an instant fan favourite… once again! With thanks to collaborations with the likes of Salehe Bembury and thisisneverthat however, for this latest iteration it’s the brains at New Balance that have themselves created a stellar version.

Already featuring a multilayered upper, this latest trio of colour ways look as if they have been deconstructed with their material being cut to reveal the distinct shape the 2002R has to offer. A rough, thick suede sits up top and It’s this layered fabric that gives off a distressed, worn feeling to the silhouette especially on the ‘Rain Cloud’ and ‘Phantom’ colour ways. As always premium materials are a focus whilst underfoot, regular proceedings is continued in the form of the classic ABZORB midsole and N-ergy outsole to provide daily comfort and stability.
