Constructed from breathable black mesh, the shoe features tonal suede overlays to the side walls and heel, and a small section of leather to the lace up on the black park and sudede on the grey pair. A tonal heel tab sits to the rear of the shoe, above the slim white midsole that features triangle cut outs for comfort and support.

adidas applies the Primeknit onto the iconic silhouette, the Superstar.

Primeknit, adidas’s latest technological innovation, has made its way onto several of the German footwear company’s retro models. Having already been applied to the Stan Smith and Campus 80s silhouettes, now its time for the Superstar 80s get the same treatment. The adidas Superstar 80s Primeknit returns in its original colourway and boasts a predominantly white upper with black accents on the Three Stripes branding, heel and tongue and the other pair sports an all black upper with white detailing. Slight yellowing on the shelll toe gives the shoe an authentically vintage appearance.

The Apollo has landed..!

The first silhouette is the Apollo Moc, the new model is a contemporary twist on the classic Moc silhouette using modern, lightweight materials, making this a great summetime shoe. The light and airy no-sew upper is  made from a special blend of microfiber with perforations along the front to let air flow through. Underneath is a springy, cushioned sole with carefully placed gum rubber for added grip. Seen in Jiffy Black/Shell White and Pigeon Grey/Shell White.

The Apollo Chukka is very similar to the Moc – a silhouette which is hybrid streamlined and lightweight. The sneaker is shock-absorbing design which makes them comfortable enough for all-day wear. Perforations can be found on the toe for air flow. The sneakers come in Jiffy Black/Shell White & Dublin Grey/Shell White.

In celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Ventilator, Reebok and The Hundreds have linked up for a collaborative drop. 

Inspired by the streetwear brand’s founders Ben and Bobby Hundreds’ zodiac signs, we see two multicoloured iterations of the Ventilator. Ben’s Taurus roots have been portrayed on the lighter-coloured option, with the upper featuring white and teal shading on the medial and the heel. Orange and yellow accents have been implemented to reflect the origins of The Hundreds as well as LA’s laid back surf culture.

For Bobby’s iteration of the Ventilator he somewhat goes for a darker for his Aries iteration. Black, burgundy and red hues come together on the upper, as gold lining has been put into play to represent the winged ram that was sacrificed to the god Poseidon in order to become the constellation Aries.

The adidas ZX Flux TechFit OG pack combines iconic colourways from the ZX8000 and ZX9000 with the new TechFit uppers.

Continuing on the three stripes heritage, the ‘TechFit’ pack sees an evolution for both the ZX8000 ‘Aqua’ and the ZX9000 ‘Hydra’ models. The sneaker features a seamless upper with the signature ZX heel cage, while a TechFit trail pattern is applied on each sneaker’s upper for a unique finish.

Continuing a long partnerships, ASICS Tiger have teamed up once again with Philadelphia-based retailer UBIQ for a Summer appropriate rendition on the GEL-Lyte Speed.

Inspired by the outdoor activities associated with the warmer months, UBIQ has focused upon clear skies and cool oceans with the calming blue tones affecting the upper in a mixture of soft leather and perforated nubuck. The premium reworking of the technical upper sits atop a fresh white midsole featuring OG branding and a contrast heel counter with aqua speckles providing an enticing amount of pop.

The Air Jordan 11 Retro IE Low ‘Cobalt’ is set to return this August 2015 as a remastered release.

This IE edition of the Air Jordan 11 Low features a White leather base with small perforations and stitching along the upper. Other details include elephant print detailing on the overlay with Cobalt jumpman logo on the tongue. The shoe is finished with a White midsole and clear translucent outsole – just like the original.

Le Coq Sportif revist one of their most popular running silhouette’s in all its’ OG glory.

Based off the orginal Eclat released in 1985, Le Coq Sportif release the ’89 rendition in its’ original colourway. Sporting a Dress Blue coloured suede upper with tonal mesh underlays. Additonal pops of Red feature on the heel panel, with White accents seen on the leather heel-tab and Ghille lace-system. LCS branding can be found in embroidered form on the tongue alongside the medial & lateral panels. Finally the shoe is completed sitting on a White foam midsole, with a Black outsole.

The Le Coq Sportif ’89 OG Dress Blue is available now in-store & online. Sizes range from UK7 – UK11 (UK10.5 is the only half size available) priced at £70.

Fresh from the Vans archive are new iterations of the Era OG LX & SK8-Hi OG LX!

The Era OG LX & SK8-Hi LX are silhouette’s that is constructed to replicate the original Era design from the 80s. Featuring higher foxing on the midsole, this latest release has been given the classiv Vans checkerboard treatment. Coming in a classic Black & White colourway.  Vans branding features as an embroidered tab on the lateral side of the shoe, further branding can be seen on the footbed and heel. Finally a creamy gum waffle outsole is added in all its’ nostalgic form.

Nike releases some new iterations of the Free OG ’14 Woven for Fall/Winter ’15.

The Nike Free OG 14 Woven is crafted with lightweright materials and an engineered leather upper for dimished bulk and better comfort. It includes perforations for additional breathability and has a free mid-sole with deep grooves for barefoot-like feel. Available in two colour options: Phantom White and Dark Obsidian/Mid Navy.
