Nike drop the latest release in Kevin Durant of the Oaklahoma City Thunder’s signature shoe the KD7 EXT QS.

This release draws inspiration from two previous KD6 Lifestyle releases – ‘The People’s Champ’ edition featured a plethora of materials, with the stand out material being a Plaid material featured on the tongue. The second material inspiration came from the KD6 Lifestyle ‘Birthday’. This edition consisted of a chambray style shirt material with Whiet polka dots applied throughout.

Nike and KD combine elements from both shoes on to the KD7 EXT silhouette. The Plaid details feature at the front of the shoe with the Nike Swoosh accented in a clear spot varnish finish. Towards the back of the shoe is the chambray shirt material with white polka dots overlayed. Black synthetic suede details are added on the fore-foot strap, tongue and midsole. Peeling the strap away reveals Durant’s signature stitched in red thread. Final details include a pinstripe graphic on the inner lining, and blue translucent outsole.

The Nike KD7 EXT Canvas QS ‘Plaid & Polka Dots’ is available now ONLINE ONLY. Sizes range from UK7 – UK11 (not including half sizes) priced at £170.

New Jersey based retailers Packer is next up with their rendition of the Reebok Ventilator.

The sneaker is inspired by the warm weather and bright sunny days of the summer season, this iteration of the Reebok Ventilator stays true to the original breathable open mesh design while putting a more casual ready material application featuring a combination of paper white brushed suede, crystal blue pig suede, ostrich and croc embossed leather throughout. Lastly to finish of this Summer look is th Packer/Reebok branding on the mesh tongue, hang tag and the Packer x Reebok “4 Seasons” footbed.

The Packer x Reebok Ventilator ‘4 Seasons’ Summer Edition is now available in-store & online. Sizes range from UK6 – UK12 (including select half sizes), priced at £110.

As Paris prepare for the 2015 World Streetball Championship this weekend, in conjunction with the event Jordan Brand drop a special ‘European Exclusive’ edition of the Air Jordan 13 Low ‘Quai 54’.

The Quai 54 World Streetball Championship is held in Paris, France. Each year 16 streetball teams from around the world commute to Place de la Concorde battling it out to win the ultimate title of the Quai 54 World Streetball Champions.

To comemorate the event Jordan Brand have created a European Exclusive edition of the Air Jordan 13 Low. The upper is comprised of Black tumbled leather upper with 3M reflective threaded mesh on the sidewalls. Suede details are added on the tongue which also sports both the Quai 54 & Jumpman logo’s. The midsole features a graphic print inspired by the blueprints of the famous parisian landmark, the Eiffel Tower. Finally the shoe is finished of subtly with a creamy gum outsole.

A new iteration of the Air Jordan 13 Low is set to release in time for the Summer weather ahead.

The panther-inspired shoe that helped Jordan land his sixth NBA title is set to release again in a Chicago Bulls-themed colour. This Air Jordan 13 Low features a Black, University Red, Metallic Gold and White colour scheme. Featuring a full Black tumbled leather upper with University Red interior and outsole. Other details include a Metallic Gold Jumpman logo on the upper ankle and lace tips. This stealthy upper is sitting on a White midsole and Red outsole.

Nike releases an Air Trainer 3 collection perfect for the summer weather ahead..!

The Nike Air Trainer 3 is a very iconic silhouette, appearing in ads featuring the NFL star Bo Jackson and being worn on feet of Spike Lee in his legenadry film Do The Right Thing. Now for SS ’15, the silhouette is back and has had an update with a full suede Black upper and a White leather upper. Both sneakers feature a synthetic heel counter and perforated leather/suede underlays and features a velcro branded strap. The tonal upper sits on a white midsole and a gum outsole and features a tonal swoosh branding to the medial.

Nike’s latest iteration the Roshe Cortez NM SP combines both heritage design and modern updates resulting in the ultimate hybrid silhouette.

This latest release from Nike incorportes the brand’s heritage in running with the latest technologies creating a updated hybrid silhouette. Founded in the 1960s by Phil Knight and legendary Oregon track coach Bill Bowerman, the running-centric Blue Ribbon Sports would go onto become Nike in the early 70s. The Nike Cortez was first designed by legendary Oregon track coach Bill Bowerman, with insights directly from his long-distance running pupils. For 2015 Nike have reconstructed the Cortez NM SP with a Roshe One natural motion outsole for an updated take on a lifestyle legend.

True to form the silhouette features a full leather upper  (coming in two original Cortez colourways) with a vintage treated tongue and leather heel tab details. The insole features classic Blue Ribbon Sports insignia; a nod to the Swoosh’s humble origins and the Cortez’s storied history.

Following from last years collaboration for the shoe’s 20th anniversary, Atmos have once again collaborated with Reebok to work thei magic on the iconic Insta Pump  Fury.

Whilst the last collaboration featured an all-white upper, this time round, Atmos have ditched the American flag, and decided to go all the way. The new ‘Triple White’ silhouette features all white cotton upper, with a matching white lining, insole and outsole. Finished with white Reebok branding on the tongue, heel and Pump.

This summer adidas Originals Consortium launch a new silhouette the Los Angeles. Long time collaborative partner and LA’s most established purveyors of streetwear UNDEFEATED apply a military aesthetic to the new silhouette.

With echoes of the classic LA Trainer, the Los Angeles is a modern updated runner with a stripped back aesthetic. Leaving behind the LA Trainer’s iconic plugs, the Los Angeles tooling is streamlined with a rippled outsole, and an EVA compound midsole that delivers on comfort. The upper is made up of a mesh toe and heel, complimented with a duracle ripstop mid-section in all over urban Camo print. The three-stripes that sit on the medial and lateral panels are welded with the shoes name bearing on the lateral panel on the right foot, UNDEFEATED’s namesake sits on the lateral three stripes on the left foot. German brand Continental have provided their tough-wearing rubber which features on the outsole.

Jordan Brand shows more love to the ladies, by bringing back this women’s Air Jordan 11 Retro Low.

Originally released in 2001 – the Air Jordan 11 Retro Low White/Citrus makes it’s come back perfect for the summer weathers ahead. The sneaker features a patent leather upper seen in white, sitting on a clean white midsole and finished off by a citrus orange translucent outsole. Hints of citrus can be found on the Jordan branding on the tongue.

June sees PUMA teaming up with U.S. based ‘avantstreet’ label STAMPD for their collaboration on the R698 ‘Desert Storm’.

Founded in 2011 by Chris Stamp – the STAMPD label represents contemporary luxury that has evolved past high street-wear all whilst retaining its’ iconic styling cues. For Summer 2015 STAMPD add themselves to the PUMA collaboration roster with their rendition on the R698 silhouette dubbed ‘Desert Storm’.

The silhouette showcases a subdued, natural colour palette. The upper is made up of various materials – suede material covers the toe-box, soft leather is added around the sidewalls and heel. Perforated details can be seen on the toe-box, medial and lateral panels adding ventilation to the shoe. Reflective accents feature on the toe-box and heel. The reflective panel on the heel features a cracjed earth pattern. This reflective pattern echoes on the translucent PUMA Trinomic outsole. STAMPD branding is added on the tongue and footbed. Finally, Heather Tan coloured cotton is applied to the inner lining, evoking sand and bringing the desert theme together.
