For their latest collaboration, Stockholm’s Sneakersnstuff takes cues from the classic 1974 Swedish film Dunderklumpen to introduce a special take on Le Coq Sportif’s Flash. 

Dunderklumpen is noteable as the first animated Swedish film which was written by Beppe Wolgers and animated Per Ã…hlin – the Swedish film stars a mystic character by the same name who solves hi loneliness by using magic to bring toys to life, which he faces a problem of the toys aren’t his own. This Flash takes cues from Dunderklumpen clothes which combines vibrant blues of the characters clothes with bright yellow flair of his cap, the sneaker is seen in a smooth leather and perforated detailing throughout.

Hong Kong retailer CLOT and Nike come their latest collaborative project on the Lunar Force 1 Fuse SP.

Founded by Edison Chen & Kevin Poon, CLOT  has been the fore-front of the Hong Kong streetwear scene for well over a decade. For Spring/Summer ’15 CLOT unites with long-time collaborative partners Nike adding their interpretation on Nike’s Lunar Force 1 silhouette.

CLOT combine both modern and classic touches to the Lunar Force 1 resulting in a shoe that stands strong amongst current trends. The upper consists of a heathered fleece-like material with red and blue accents featured throughout the shoe. Nike’s Fuse technology replaces the stitched panels that would normally be seen on the Air Force 1 silhouette. Additonal features include the jewel Nike Swoosh sitting on the medial and lateral panels. Replacing the embroidered logo on the tongue is a custom designed patch featuring the CLOT logo on the left tongue, and ‘Nike Lunar Force’ logo on the right. Further dual-branded details can be seen on the heel and accessories. Finally, the shoe sits upon a crisp white Lunar midsole finished off on a creamy gum outsole. Completing the package is the dual-branded mesh drawstring bag and sew-on patches.

The CLOT x Nike Lunar Force 1 Fuse SP Neutral Grey/Uni Red/Gamma Royal is available now in-store & online. Sizes range from UK5.5 – UK12 (including half sizes) priced at £130.

Jordan Brand celebrates Air Jordan’s 30th Anniversary and ressurects the Air Jordan 10 ‘Double Nickel’.

The Air Jordan 10 Retro ‘Double Nickel’ was originally a player exclusive pair worn by MJ in a few games after he came out of retirement in 1995. Two decades later, the classic Air Jordan 10 has been remastered for the first time. The shoe is dressed up in the classic Chicago Bulls colours of White, Varsity Red and Black. The upper is constructed in a premium leather upper which has the ’45’ stitched as a nod to the number MJ wore upon his return to the game. The midsole is seen in all black and hints of varsity red to carry on the theme throughout.

The New Balance 1300JP2 is making a return as part of New Balance’s Spring 2015 lineup.

The sneaker made its initial appearance in 1985 and blew away avid runners with it’s superior craftsmanship and advanced cushioning system – the sneaker was referred to as ‘the shoe version of a luxury car’. This will be only the second time it will be released outside of Japan, which should makes this 1300 a lot more special. The shoe features a blue-grey mesh base, with grey overlays and hints of off-white on the heel, tongue and N logos, whilst the lining is finished in white. The upper sits on top of a white Vibram midsole and black outsole, which stays strue to the now 30-year-old original.

Two years ago, adidas Consortium, Undefeated and A Bathing Ape launched their first collaboration for the adidas Consortium Series, featuring the ZX 500 and Campus 80s. All three parties have joined forces again working on the Superstar 80v.

This time round they work on a duo of black and white colourways of the Superstar 80v. Both sneakers feature leather built uppers accented with gold embossed branding showcasing the UNDFTD and BAPE brand names and logos on the outside of the sneaker. The lateral side of each shoe has tonal leather three-stripes, while the inner stripes are finished with BAPE’s iconic camouflage print, which is also seen on the tongue, lining and heel tab.

With 2015 being the year of the Ventilator, Reebok re-issue their lesser-known silhouette the Ventilator Supreme.

Originally released in 1991, the Ventilator Supreme made its’ debut after it’s older brother the Ventilator. This runner featured more panels and the TPU component extended from the arch to the heel. The shoe is made up of synthetic material combined with mesh with contrast colour details. Reebok branding can be seen on the lateral side panel, heel, and embroidered tongue label. Available in two OG colourways Chalk/Black/Red Rush/Snowy Grey and Chack/Flat Grey/Collegiate Royal/Snowy Grey.

The Air Jordan Spizike, is one of the original hybrid shoes in the Jordan Brand collection, and it makes it return to us in SS ’15.

We saw a ton of new colourways in 2014, but the first offering of the Air Jordan Spizike in 2015 comes dressed in a vibrant Turquoise Blue, featuring hints of Infrared 23 on the tongue branding and lace hoops, Midnight Navy on the tongue and heel panel and Neutral Grey throughout. The ever popular Cement print can also be found on the shoe on the toe and heel along with a speckled midsole to complete the look.

With Saturday 18th April being official worldwide ‘Record Store Day’, being surrounded in the heart of Soho’s independant record stores, we join forces with PUMA and underground record label Trax Couture with the release of the Traxpatrol RSD Project.

Record Store Day is the official day of celebration for independant record stores and the continued production of vinyl as a music format. Records labels (big or small) around the globe produce limited edition products sold on this day only celebrating the business.

Being in the heart of some of London’s most famous rercord stores, we decided to take part in the annual celebration joining forces with PUMA and underground label Trax Couture creating our own special ‘one-off’ project entitled ‘Trax Patrol’.

The Trax Patrol project consists of a limited edition 12″ Vinyl by record label head and producer Rushmore, and a ‘Trax Patrol’ edition of the PUMA R698 silhouette. Music featured on the RSD exclusive release shows producer Rushmore in a slightly different light than usual. Rushmore draws inspiration from instrumental Rap, Miami Bass, Electro & R&B on this four-track EP. The Trax Patrol EP Vinyl (made in London) will come as a 12″ vinyl with a silk-screened outer sleeve. Each vinyl is hand numbered limited to just 50 worldwide priced at £9.99.

To accompany the Trax Patrol EP Footpatrol and Rushmore have custom designed a limited number of PUMA R698 models. A tri-branded  embroidered label sits on the tongue, Black reflective rope laces are added (courtesy of Ropes Laces), whilst the midsole features Aqua coloured speckle details. A Trax Couture 3D printed USB lace jewel packed with exclusive content. The shoes will be housed in a bespoke  matte black box with tri-branded logo silk-screened onto the box lid, wrapped in custom printed tissue paper. 

Spring/Summer ’15 marks the return of an early ’80s adidas legacy – the Island series. Kicking off the series is the re-issue of the adidas Originals Samoa.

adidas marked it’s territory in the footwear scene when the adidas Island Series was first introduced in the late ’70s early ’80s. The collection was immdiately embraced by the booming ‘Casuals’ culture in the UK and eventually around the globe, the collection saw over twenty highly sought after model releases, all inspired by and named after islands of the world. Direct from the adidas archive, the Island Series legacy lives on through OG one-to-one reissues with the finest attention to detail.

The adidas Originals Samoa consists of a full Dark Red nubuck upper with contrast Gum details on the outsole. Bright White accents feature on the three-stripe logo situated on the medial and lateral panels, heel and printed tongue label.

Jordan Brand kicks off spring with an Air Jordan 13 that fans will surely approve of.

Bringing back the low-top version of this Air Jordan 13 perfect for the warmer weathers ahead. Dubbed as the ‘Hornets’ colourway due to the close colours of MJ’s current basketball project, the Charlotte Hornets, the Air Jordan 13 Low features a white leather base with Navy Blue and Teal accents across the upper and the feline-foot-inspired outsole.
