Nike presents a new iteration of Kevin Durant’s lifestyle sneaker.

The new KD VII Lifestyle sees a new luxurious but though casual silhouette.  The KD VII Lifestyle takes it’s inspiration from the Christmas holidays. The sneaker is made up of sophisticated Tonal Red premium suede upper with a tonal sole unit & laces to keep the going throughout the sneaker. To finish of the look is the Nike branding on the toe and KD branding on the tongue & heel.

The Air Jordan 1 Retro High gets a winterized version.

The time-honored classic gets a monochrome treatment perfect for the winter weathers ahead. The upper is made up of predominately black leather upper & rest atop a gum bottom sole. The sneaker is going for a minimalistic approach, finishing off this stealthy look is the Air Jordan branding on the wing & the Nike branding seen on the sidewalls & tongue tag.

Sneaker boutique Highs & Lows of Perth, Australia join forces with adidas Consortium presenting their interpretation on the famed adi runner that is the Equipment Guidance ’93.

2014 has seen the return of the Equipment Series with various editions, packs and original colourways presented. For Winter ’14 Highs & Lows collaborate with adidas Consortium adding the touch to the classic runniing silhouette.

Drawing inspiration from the word ‘Endurance’ HAL selected a fabric with longevity that keeps the shoe both lightweight & flexible – smooth tonal suede and nubuck are applied to the upper with ballistic mesh & ballistic woven nylon on the underlays. The pops of colour found on the heel, medial (tonal) and lateral (orange) panels are inspired by the colours seen in early ’90s trail and orienteering maps. Dual branding features in embroidered form on the heel. Further branding can be seen on the lace jewels, loop tag and lace aglets. The shoe sits atop a speckled off-white midsole adding to the outdoor aesthetic.

The Highs & Lows x adidas Consortium Equipment Guidance ’93 is now available. Sizes range from UK4 – UK12 (including half sizes) priced at £105.

Longtime friends of adidas, Solebox bring their Berlin flair to the table on their collaboration with adidas Consortium featuring the Equipment Guidance ’93.

Solebox present their interpretation of this 90’s running silhouette by applying a black ballistic nylon & mesh base to the upper, with smooth grey nubuck overlays featured on the side panels and heel. Light grey hairy suede can also be seen wrapped around the toe-box and heel adding dimension to the shoe. Solebox accent the silhouette with pops of red featured on the clean, white midsole and tongue pull tab with the adidas Trefoil logo in black. A quick flip of the tongue pull tab reveals the letter ‘S’ embroidered in white. Solebox branding features in broken form with the word ‘Sole’ printed on the left heel, and ‘Box’ on the right heel. An added extra comes in the form of the plastic lace jewel with Solebox branded in red.

A new iteration has been added to the Nike Air Max 90 family.

The newest make-up of the Air Jordan XX9 comes in a stealthy colourway. Coming in an all black performance woven upper that features different patterns, the infamous elephant print. Finishing touches include a White Jumpman logo on the heel & the tongue with ‘JORDAN’ & ‘23’ on the heel of the shoe.

Converse presents their latest collaboration with Italian fashion house Missoni.

The collection is comprised of a style that original debuted on the Missoni Fall Winter 2014 runway in Milan, blending premium materials with seasonal earthy tones to create luxurious internal warmth & comfort for winter. The Converse All Star Chuck ’70 Missoni Zip Hi Fur takes warmth to the next level by adding wild sheep wool lining. The uncut shearlin protrudes from behind the laces & out of the ankle opening. The shoe is complimented with a brown zigzag stripe Missoni upper, infused with dashes of white for contrast.

As we draw close to the end of year we are proud to present our final collaboration for 2014 with American Heritage brand Ebbets Field Flannels.

The Ebbets Field Flannels brand was born out of the love for baseball uniforms. Co-founder Jerry Cohen was raised in Brooklyn, New York not too far from where the Brooklyn Dodgers stadium once stood in Flatbush. As a kid Cohen collected baseball cards not just because he admired the players but because he was fascinated by the uniforms they sported. His love for the baseball uniform continued throughout the years. In 1987 Cohen was on the hunt to find a vintage baseball jersey he could wear to play in his rock & roll band. After being unsatissfied with his findings, Cohen eventually tracked down some vintage wool baseball flannels and had some made for himself. People were asking to buy the flannels of his own back, and so Ebbets Field Flannels was born. 

For Winter ’14 we have partnered with Ebbets Field Flannels on our first capsule collection consisting of three pieces – The Grounds Crew Jacket, Vintage T-Shirt and a Baseball Cap. The lookbook curated by photographer Sam Travis brings our daily routine to life, shot in our dwellings Soho, London.

The collection has been kept to a minimal, focussing on intricate details keeping the collection consistent throughout. The Navy Grounds Crew Jacket is a heavy duty cotton jacket with navy quilt-lined padding. A heavy brass zipper is added on the front closure with a pencil pocket on the left sleeve and waist adjustment buttons at the back. The collegiate Footpatrol Felt emblem can be seen on the front left breast of the jacket with ‘Soho Sluggers’ emblazoned across the back of the jacket. Further dual branding features on the embroidered labels on the inside collar. As an additional extra, we’ve included the FP Bulldog sew-on patch designed by good friend and illustrator Adam Bletchly, faeturing an illustration of a British Bulldog donning an army helmet and baseball.

The Sluggers T-Shirt is a 100% cotton vintage ‘Made in USA’ tee. The Footpatrol Gas Mask logo sits on the font chest with the British Bulldog graphic emblazoned on the back of the tee. The Footpatrol script logo is placed on the right sleeve.

The ‘Made in USA’ Baseball Cap comes in a navy wool covering the crown and visor. The letter ‘F’ sits atop the crown in white felt. Green satin is applied to the under-visor with tonal stitching to match. At the back of th baseball cap is a brown synthetic leather strap with a metal clasp closure. Sitting above the strap is the embroidered Footpatrol script logo. Finally on the inside of the cap are dual branded embroidered labels, and a Made in USA label.

The Ebbets Field Flannels for Footpatrol Winter ’14 Capsule collection is now available in-store & online. Sizes in the T-Shirt and Jacket range from S – XL, the Baseball Cap is one size fits all. The Grounds Crew Sluggers Jacket is priced at £160, the Sluggers Baseball Cap at £55 & the Vintage Sluggers Tee priced at £45.

We are excited to present our first ever collaboration project with Ebbets Field Flannels. Here we’ll explain how it all began..!

We stumbled upon the partnership with Ebbets Field Flannels in the most organic form….simply for the love of their product. A few of us at TEAMFP proudly sport Ebbets Field Flannels products, so it was a no brainer when we were given the opportunity to work our magic on a capsule collection!

It’s not always easy coming up with theme after theme on collaboration projects, so we decided to avoid going down the ‘theme’ route for this project. We wanted to let the garments do the talking whilst adding our refined touches to each piece in the collection. As a ground rule for ourselves we always like to take a look at the history of a brand and find where its’ roots lay, that way you may find a ‘particular’ something you’d like to base your project on. Ebbets Field Flannels was born through a love for Baseball uniforms, whilst the game of Baseball isn’t the biggest in the UK we can still appreciate the sport and community spirit that comes with. This is where we found our main source of inspiration for the capsule collection. The name ‘Soho Sluggers’ has a few meanings. The obvious meaning is the reference to the game. In Baseball if a player is called a ‘Slugger’ they are known as the player who frequently gets extra-base hits, otherwise known as a ‘strong hitter’. This paired well as we like to consider ourselves as ‘strong hitters’ in the UK sneaker scene…!

Baseball uniforms are synonymous with character driven team logos, so we wanted to stay true to this with our collection. We asked friend of TEAMFP, Illustrator Adam Bletchly to create a graphic logo ath could be used throughout the collection, and thus the TEAMFP mascot was born and fetaures a British Bulldog wearing an Army Helmet grasping his baseball bat in anticipation for a slug!

We’re all about friends & family at Footpatrol, keeping things local we shot the lookbook in Soho, London – paying homage to the place where we reside. Friend of TEAMFP photographer Sam Travis shot the lookbook capturing our goings on around Soho featuring various well known locations in our area.
