The Canadian ‘Holding Co.’, RANSOM gears up to release it’s latest array of lightweight Spring/Summer footwear.
Readying your feet for the warmer months, RANSOM Holding Co’s latest release sees two styles, the Field Light and Path Light. Both models incorporate comfort and durability as the Canadian footwear producers offer a substitute to Nike’s much famed Lunar sole. Weather resistant materials – Nylon mesh and rubber inlays – help build two sturdy models that pose a welcome option as far as lightweight runners go, this Spring.

With Jordan brand continuing to release an eclectic range of styles as 2014’s gathers pace, the Jordan Future heads up what is sure to be the brands most varied design inn recent times.
The fully woven upper is the focal point of the design, as black weaves feature 3M throughout. The shoe’s collar and heel tab feature applied suede, as an understated lacing system remains tonal, polarising the shoe’s eccentricity as a whole. A Jordan 11 sole unit carries the new model, as further Jordan branding, in form of a leather tongue tab, also features.

adidas continue the Equipment Support roolout with the release of the Consortium EQT Running Support ’93 Carbon.
This cult classic is back after a lengthy hiatus. Originally released in ’93 the EQT played an iconic part of the Equipment series. The shoe featured the latest technologies into it’s design producing a versatile running shoe.
For 2014 adidas Consortium have re-issued the original grey-red colourway. Premium materials such as nubuck and suede have been used on the 2014 make-up. A carbon colour palette accents the shoes’ features, as leather touches also feature, adding to this consortium release’s premium nature.
The adidas Comsortium EQT Running Support ’93 ‘Carbon’ is due to release in-store and online on Saturday 15th March (available online from 8AM London Time). In-store sizes range from UK6 – UK12 (not including half sizes) online sizes may vary, priced £125.

Jordan Brand continue with a slew of new colourways on the Jordan 10 Retro, this moth sees the release of the Black/Venom Green colourway.
The black leather upper is the shoe’s predominant feature with pops of Venom Green seen throughout. An icy blue translucent outsole sits beneath, with strips of V.Green wrapping around onto the midsole. A checkerboard black and green print is used on the inner lining with the ‘Air Jordan Collection’ embroidered label featured on the inside of the tongue. Jordan branding and tonal lacing appear throughout.

Reebok retro the Hall of Fame baseball legend Frank Thomas’s signature model the ‘Big Hurt’ for 2014.
Originally released in ’96 the Reebok Big Hurt was another model part of Reebok’s ‘Mobius Collection’ (the Shaqnosis was another model amongst others included in the collection). The Big Hurt features a two-toned counter blocked upper (Black/White and White/Black) with Reebok branding seen towards the back heel on the outer side of the shoe. The combined nubuck and mesh tongue provides extra breathability to the silhouette. The ‘Big Hurt’ logo faetures on the footbed along with more Reebok branding on the outsole. Reebok Hexalite cushioning can been seen faintly towards the heel of the midsole and and outsole.

The Nike Air Max 98 makes a welcome return after a 16 year hiatus.
The Air Max 98 is one of the most sought after silhouettes from the Nike Air Max collection. Its’ unqique design grabbed the attention of sneakerheads alike. The shoe is made up of a synthetic leather, suede mesh upper with a external lace overlay system. 3M piping wraps around the synthetic leather with additionals hits of 3M reflective material featured on the lace loops and heel pull tab. Team Orange coloured embroidered baby Nike swooshes are visable on the toe-box, side panels and at the heel on the midsole, with the puffy mesh tongue featuring the classic ‘Air Max’ branding. The visible Max Air Cushion sole unit adds the final touch to the model.

Vans Vault implement their Vansguard technology across their classic Old Skool silhouette, in an attempt to curb that inevitable Spring rain.
The three pack includes True Blue, Red and Kelp versions of the classic Vans style as full twill uppers are matched with tartan accents and chocolate corduroy tongue. The standard bright white midsole remains, as a brown accent wraps around, complimenting the tongue.

Nike’s ACG offers a varied model this Spring as the Incognito hits Footpatrol.
Available in two colour ways, the Hyperfuse upper includes breathable mesh throughout, as the model aims to add comfort alongside stability, for Nike’s running market. The lightweight upper is matched by an equally as light speckled Lunarlon sole unit. Available in both a Purple/Orange and Bright Citron colour way, this ACG is a strong Spring release for Nike.

With vintage running silhouettes showing no sign of easing up, ASICS re-introduce the Gel Kayano as the latest edition to their roster.
The lightweight and durable runner flaunts a rubber cage that sits on either medial side. A heavy mesh panel sits beneath the fore mentioned rubber, whilst synthetic suede toe box’ and heel panels frame further rubber accents. ASICS branding appears throughout, as do white lace sets.

Celebrating the the Chinese New Year Nike Sportswear release these Quickstrike editions of the Air Footscape Woven Chukka and Cortez NM Premium.
The Nike Air Footscape Woven Chukka a premium upper with a free-inspired outsole for added comfort & flexibility. The silhouette consists of a woven infused upper with a printed graphic in patent leather. The yellow rope laces features metal lace tips with engraved graphics, whilst the tongue features an embroidered label with Chinese characters in red and yellow. Soft suede is added on the heel complete with a white, black and blue midsole/outsole.
The Nike Cortex NM features a nylon upper with bold graphics featuring on the side panels. Reflective strips can been seen at the front of the lace holes and between the midsole and forefront of the shoe. A metal lace lock with Nike branding features on the blue laces with further Nike branding on the heel. The shoe sits on a white Natural Motion sole unit.
