To streamline the transaction process on launch day, we pre-authorise your card details (meaning we take a pre-payment) and hold the full product and shipping fee until after the raffle closes.

if your entry is successful, the payment will be processed at the close of the raffle, and your shoes will work their way through our warehouse.

if your entry is unsuccessful, your funds will be released back into your bank account within 3-5 working days.
