We’re excited to announce that our London store will be reopening its doors on Monday 12th April. With the safety of our staff and customers at the forefront of our minds, we have put some new measures in place to make sure you can have the best shopping experience whilst being safe.
With this in mind, we will operate via the below three methods.
GENERAL VISITS
From 14.04.21, we will no longer be operating an appointment system on a day to day basis. Instead, please you’ll be able to come by the store as normal where the team will help guide you into the store when it is safe to do so. Due to store restrictions, you may be required to wait outside till is it free to enter so we ask that you maintain the 2M social distancing rule. Lastly and most importantly, we please ask that you follow the guidance of our in-store teams at all times with respect and patience and take in to consideration our neighbours. We can’t allow for large queues to form so we may ask you to come back shortly.
APPOINTMENTS
For certain store launches, we will reintroduce the appointment system. This will give those an opportunity to book a slot for a chance to purchase the product in question. All details for how to book an appointment for this type of launch will be detailed within the caption on the social post.
IN-STORE RAFFLES
In-store raffles will be reintroduced for in-store collections. When an in-store raffle is announced, all details and sign ups will take place here, on the Footpatrol blog. No sign ups will take place within the store so please don’t try to enter this way
